Overview:  This NZTE accredited course focuses on business vision, purpose, values and development of a 1-page business plan with 3-5 year business goals.
Duration:  2 days
Timings:  9am till 4pm
Delivery:  Public courses and available as an in house company booking (minimum numbers apply).

Follow up coaching:  One 45 min session per person.
